The channel like Cartoon Network and ABC for Kids launched on September 23 2011. It replaces Cindy Nguyen Channel after shut down in September 22, 2011. On January 19 2016, Pinga Bird, Inc. Channel was shut down and was replaced by Pingu and More Channel
